Site Visits

We offer site visits in London to discuss your projects and supply a bespoke service from start to finish for your beautiful rug.

We can visit you with our colours and designs and we also offer recommendations for your projects such as the shape, colours, and composition of your rug hopefully making your decision much easier.

All our designs can be altered to your taste and we can give guidance on how best to place your rug and help you measure up what the best size would be.

If it is not possible to visit you we can match to fabric samples in the post and send you bespoke samples.

 

Quotations

After deciding on colours, design, and composition, we create design sheets for you to visualise your rug and send you a quotation with it.

If you are sure about which rug you would like and what size and colours you would like, simply email us and we can send you a quotation without the site visit process.

 

Ordering and Delivery

Once you have seen your quotation and decided that you would like to go forward with your design, simply email us and we will send you an invoice with payment details.

The lead time for your rugs depends on the design, and composition you have chosen.

Once you receive your rug, you will also be given a cleaning guide.
